How Care to Help Is Making a Difference
Care to Help works to improve living standards in underserved communities, especially in the central highlands of Vietnam, by providing safe water wells, school infrastructure, and basic resources.
Work of Care to Help
- Builds safe water wells and water systems for minority villages in the central highlands of Vietnam.
- Constructs and supports primary schools in rural Vietnam, including buildings, sanitation, and learning materials.
- Distributes essential goods (clothing, shoes, computers) and supports education and training programs to vulnerable populations.
- Works in partnership with local communities and churches in Vietnam to identify needs and deploy sustainable solutions.
- Focuses on combining infrastructure (water, schools) with education and local capacity-building to break cycles of poverty.
Initiatives Supported by Project Redwood
2007: $25,000 to build a school and an associated well system and toilets in Vietnam.
