Learn About Our Grantees

Funding Project Initiatives That Focus on Tangible Impacts

Project Redwood partners with social entrepreneurs whose bold, locally driven ideas tackle poverty from the ground up. Since 2007, we have provided funding to launch, expand, and sustain projects with measurable impact and lasting value.

We evaluate proposals on key criteria: the scale of expected impact, the ability to build local capacity, and the feasibility and sustainability of the initiative. We also consider how the project can be replicated and the value of both our financial and non-financial support.

We help transform ideas into outcomes that improve lives and strengthen communities.

Our Rigorous Approach to Project Evaluation

Project Redwood makes grants to mission-aligned organizations to fund projects with measurable impact. Each funding decision is guided by a rigorous review and evaluation process that assesses potential measurable impact, long-term sustainability, project achievability and alignment with our mission.
