How Elevate Made a Difference

 Elevate worked with Ugandan schools and community stakeholders to sustainably improve education quality and student outcomes by strengthening teacher effectiveness and local capacities.

Work of Elevate

  • Partnered with school leadership, teachers and government partners in Uganda to raise instructional quality.
  • Trained and mentored educators and school management teams to improve teaching practices and data-driven planning.
  • Leveraged community expertise and local resources to ensure school improvement efforts were meaningful and sustainable.
  • Worked across both public and low-income private schools in Uganda to expand access and equity in education.
  • Monitored impact on school performance, teacher quality and student outcomes to inform scale and replication.
