By using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time.
2) About Project Redwood
Project Redwood, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 88-3021934).
3) Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Project Redwood or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, commercialize, or create derivative works without permission. “Project Redwood” and related marks are trademarks of Project Redwood.

4) User Content & Feedback
If you submit content or feedback, you grant us a nonexclusive license to use it to operate and improve our services. You’re responsible for what you submit and must have rights to it.
5) Acceptable Use
No scraping, spamming, reverse engineering, security probing, or unlawful activity. Don’t interfere with site operation.
6) Third-Party Links & Services
We may link to third-party sites (e.g., donation processors). We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and use of those sites is subject to their own terms and policies.
7) Donations & Receipts
Donations are processed by trusted third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Receipts are issued by Click & Pledge. Unless required by law or our posted policy, donations are nonrefundable. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
8) Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Project Redwood will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Project Redwood against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be exclusively in Marin County, California.
